'. ¿Quién es Taeyang? Dong Young Bae, mejor conocido en el medio musical como Taeyang o Sol, es un cantautor, rapero, bailarín, compositor y coreógrafo. Nació en Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi, Corea del Sur, el 18 de mayo de 1988. Comenzó su carrera como rapero, aunque con el pasar del tiempo, específicamente en el 2006, quedó como vocalista principal del grupo Big Bang. Significado del nombre Taeyang tomó su apodo musical de una traducción coreana, que significa sun/Sol. Niñez, Juventud y Vida Familiar Taeyang nació y creció en Corea del Sur, junto a familia, donde incursionó en la música desde temprana edad. Inicios de Taeyang en la Música Taeyang comenzó su carrera musical tras colaborar en el video del grupo Jinusean, "A-yo", con la cual llamó la atención de la compañía discográfica YG Entertainment.
