'. ¿Quién es Steven Wilson? Steven Wilson (nacido en Londres el 3 de noviembre de 1967), es un músico británico conocido por ser el fundador, vocalista, guitarrista principal y compositor de la banda de rock progresivo, Porcupine Tree. Siendo Porcupine Tree su proyecto principal, caben destacar otros como: Blackfield, No-Man, Bass Communion, Storm Corrosion o I.E.M. que configuran su extensa discografía. Además ha colaborado con otras bandas como Opeth, Anathema y Orphaned Land ejerciendo labores de productor e ingeniero de sonido. Su último proyecto como solista se titula "The Raven that Refused to Sing (and other stories)". Steven Wilson es reconocido como uno de los mejores compositores de la ultima década, gracias a su multifacetica carrera. Nacido en Kingston Upon Thames, Londres, Inglaterra, (pero residente de Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, Inglaterra desde los seis años) Wilson descubrió su amor por la música a los ocho años. Esto empezó una navidad cuando sus padres le regalaron los discos The Dark Side of the Moon de Pink Floyd y Love to Love You Baby de Donna Summer.
