'. ¿Quién es Gorillaz? Gorillaz es una banda virtual, única en su especie, en la cual todos sus integrantes aparecen como dibujos animados. Fue formada en Londres, Inglaterra, por Damon Albarn y Jamie Hewlett en 1998. La banda esta integrada por dos tipos de integrantes: virtuales y reales. Entre los virtuales están 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Russel Hobbs y Noodle; mientras que los reales son Damon Albarn, Jamie Hewlett y Remi Kabaka Jr. Salta a la escena musical en el 2000 tras estrenar su EP debut "Tomorrow Comes Today". Significado del nombre La banda inicialmente se identificó como "Gorilla", pero luego decidieron modificar el nombre a Gorillaz. Inicios de Gorillaz en la Música Según cuenta la historia, Gorillaz fue creado por Murdoc, un auténtico Svengali desdentado procedente de la localidad de Stoke-On-Trent. Aprendió a tocar el bajo por sí mismo, con un enorme deseo de llegar a crear alguna vez su propio grupo.
