Esta agrupación nació en 2001 en Dayton, Ohio, Estados Unidos. En la actualidad se encuentra conformada por JT Woodruff como vocalista y guitarrista; Matt Ridenour como guitarrista, bajista y corista; Mark McMillon como guitarrista, vocalista y Chris Popadak como baterista y percusionista.
