'. ¿Quién es Travie McCoy? Travie McCoy, de nombre completo Travis Lazarus McCoy, es un rapero, cantante y compositor estadounidense. Nació en Geneva, estado de Nueva York, Estados Unidos, el 5 de agosto de 1981. Fue cofundador de la banda Gym Class Heroes, siendo su vocalista principal por diez años. Desde 2010, comenzó su carrera musical en solitario. Sensible para la música y el arte en general, pronto supo del mundo del rap y del hip hop. Pero también del pop, el rock y el reggae. Los aborda en muchas de sus formas, para no encasillarse, como llegó a decir alguna vez. Con sus altos y sus bajos, se ha ganado un espacio en la escena musical estadounidense. Hasta ahora ha publicado solo dos álbumes como solista. El primero salió al mercado el mismo año en que comenzó su carrera musical de manera individual. Lanzado con el nombre de "Lazarus", resultó un gran éxito. El segundo, titulado "Never Slept Better", fue estrenado doce años después.
