'. ¿Quién es Alex Zurdo? Alexis Vélez Alberio, conocido como Alex Zurdo, es un cantante y compositor puertorriqueño. Nació el 10 de junio de 1983 en Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. A través de sus temas, manifiesta su amor hacia Dios. Está entre quienes han sido transformados al acercarse, sinceramente, a Jesucristo. Desde entonces, dedica su talento musical al mensaje cristiano. Sabe que el rap y el hip hop no son obstáculos para presentar un mensaje elevado. Entre sus canciones, destacan "Alante alante", "Sin pensarlo" y "Cuando yo te conocí". Niñez, Juventud y Vida Familiar Alex Zurdo es hijo de Ángel Vélez y Janet Alberio. Ha sido un amante de la música, desde la niñez. A la edad de once años, empezó a escribir sus primeras canciones de rap. Participó en diferentes competencias de talentos, donde tuvo mucho éxito. Cuando tenía trece años de edad, le obsequiaron su primer piano. Lo aprendió a tocar de manera autodidacta. Seis años después, recibió una invitación para asistir a la Iglesia Centro Internacional de Alabanza (C.I.A.). Al congregarse en ese centro, empezó a sentir el gusto de recibir la palabra de Dios.
