'. ¿Quién es Vico C? Vico C, conocido como "el filósofo del rap", cuyo nombre verdadero es Luis Armando Lozada Cruz, es un rapero, cantante y compositor estadounidense. Nació en Brooklyn, Nueva York, Estados Unidos, el 8 de septiembre de 1971. Es conocido por su excelente trayectoria musical y por ser uno de los pioneros del género urbano en español. Durante su carrera ha lanzado una serie de discos que lo han llevado a tener un arduo reconocimiento, entre ellos: "Hispanic Soul", "Con poder", "Aquel que había muerto", "Desahogo", "Babilla" y "Emboscada". Niñez, Juventud y Vida Familiar Vico C, hijo de padres puertorriqueños, nació en Estados Unidos, pero fue criado en Puerto Rico. Su nacimiento en Estados Unidos no fue más que algo circunstancial, pues al cabo de poco tiempo la familia Lozada decidió volver a vivir a Puerto Rico.
