'. ¿Quién es Agapornis? Agapornis, también conocida como AGP es una banda de cumbia pop de Argentina. Fue formada a mediados de mayo del año 2010 por Melina Lezcano (voz), Marco Agliano (guitarra), Leandro Zingale (bajo), Juan Pérsico (batería u octapad), Juan Martín Garriga Lacaze (segunda guitarra y voz), Juan Cruz Costabel (teclado), Santiago Etchart (timbales) y Agustín Cairo (güiro). A principios de 2013 la vocalista Belén María y el guitarrista Gonzalo Mendes decidieron alejarse de la banda para dedicarse a sus estudios. En reemplazo de ambos se sumo a la banda la vocalista Melina Lezcano y el guitarrista Marco Agliano. Significado del nombre El nombre de la banda fue elegido en memoria de la mascota de uno de los integrantes de la banda, esa mascota era un ave Agapornis, la cual murió luego de que los integrantes de la banda se encariñaran con el ave.
