'. ¿Quién es Carole King? Carole King nació el 9 de febrero de 1942, es una cantante, pianista y compositora estadounidense, se crió en Brooklyn en el seno de una familia judía. Su padre era bombero y su madre profesora. Su nombre era Carole Klein. Empezó a estudiar piano y comenzó a cantar, formando parte de un cuarteto vocal llamado The Co-Sines en su instituto, el James Madison de Nueva York. Carole King pasó a estudiar en el Queens College, donde fue compañera de clase de Neil Sedaka, quién en 1959 le dedicó la canción "Oh, Carol", que fue un gran éxito.
