Black Sabbath fue una agrupación fundada en 1968 por el guitarrista Tony Iommi, el bajista Geezer Butler, Bill Ward en la batería y el cantante Ozzy Osbourne, en Birmingham, Inglaterra. Son conocidos mundialmente por ser pioneros del heavy metal junto a otras bandas de los años 70 como Deep Purple y Led Zeppelin.
