'. ¿Quién es Blondie? Blondie es una popular e influyente banda norteamericana de los años setenta, parte integrante de la llamada Nueva Ola, y referente estético y musical del pop de los ochenta. Hasta ahora Blondie ha vendido más de 50 millones de discos. Los miembros de la formación original de Blondie eran Deborah Harry como vocalista, Clem Burke como batería, Gary Valentine como bajista, James Destri como teclista y Chris Stein como guitarrista. De origen neoyorquino, el grupo inició su andadura musical en 1975 junto a otras bandas locales como The Ramones y Television, dentro del recién surgido movimiento punk-rock. Sus primeros conciertos en la sala CBGB supusieron una plataforma para dar a conocer a la banda en Nueva York.
