Nació el 15 de junio de 1946 en Alejandría, Egipcia y falleció el 25 de enero de 2015 en Atenas, Grecia. Alcanzó reconocimiento por su trabajo en la música rock progresivo y por ser miembro de la banda Aphrodite's Child. Como solista, presentó los éxitos "Goodbye, My Love, Goodbye", "From Souvenirs To Souvenirs" y "Forever And Ever". A lo largo de su trayectoria música, vendió más de sesenta millones de discos en todo el mundo. Niñez, Juventud y Vida Familiar Demis Roussos nació en Alejandría, Egipto, en una familia griega. Su padre se llamaba George (Yorgos) Roussos, era guitarrista clásico, pero su verdadera profesión fue ingeniero. Su madre, de nombre Olga, era una actriz.
