'. ¿Quién es Diana Ross? Diane Ernestine Earle Ross, mejor conocida en el medio artístico como Diana Ross, es una cantante y actriz que nació en Detroit, Míchigan, el 26 de marzo de 1944. Durante los años 70 y 80 se convirtió en la cantante más popular de la era pop. Tal fue su éxito que en el año 1993 entró en el Libro Guinness de Récords como la artista femenina de mayor éxito de todos los tiempos. Inicios de Diana Ross en la Música Inició su carrera artística en el año 1959 cuando tenía 15 años. Para ese entonces se unió a sus vecinas Mary Wilson, Florence Ballar y Betty McGlown para conformar el cuarteto local conocido como The Primettes. Las jóvenes actuaban como teloneras de The Primes (más tarde llamados The Temptations). En 1961 firmaron un contrato con Motown Records, luego el grupo fue relanzado bajo el nombre de The Supremes.
