El grupo Ebenezer se formó a principios de 2005 en una pequeña ciudad de España, cuando un grupo de amigos de la infancia decidió llevar su amor por la música a nuevos horizontes. La banda original la componían Javier López (voz principal), Marta González (guitarra), Samuel Martínez (bajo) y Ana Pérez (batería). Inspirados por una mezcla de rock clásico y sonidos contemporáneos, se reunían en el garaje de los padres de Javier para practicar.
