'. ¿Quién es Los Cafres? El término cafre proviene del adjetivo árabe kafir, en primera instancia infiel y que luego fue variando su significado hacia "brutal en el más alto grado". En estos términos se identifica esta banda de reggae, que se originó a fines de 1987, en pleno furor de Los Pericos, pero que recién logró trascender hacia 1994, con la edición del primer disco, "Frecuencia cafre". Roberto "El Robba" Razul y Adrián Canedo, primer bajista y baterista de la banda, respectivamente, se encontraban en la feria del Parque Rivadavia con Guillermo Bonetto. Allí buscaban discos y cassettes de reggae, pero de a poco se fueron juntando para tocar. Ya para el segundo ensayo El Robba trajo al guitarrista Gustavo "Tendón" Pilati y también se sumaron Ariel Müller en teclados, Eduardo "Equard" Pretalis en percusión y los vientos de Los Auténticos Decadentes: Chiflo en saxo y Capanga en trompeta. El debut tuvo lugar en "Funk", un exótico pub ubicado en Santa Fe y Pueyrredón. Muchos shows debían cancelarse por la superposición de fechas (Bonetto tocaba también con Los Pericos). Por ese entonces, la formación era inestable y participaban Rosana y Leonora Bonetto (hermanas de Guillermo) en los coros. Eran constantes las invitaciones a músicos Ver BiograFia Completa
