'. ¿Quién es Kronos? Kronos es un grupo de Hard rock y Heavy metal formado en la ciudad de Cali, Colombia, siendo uno de los grupos de mayor trayectoria dentro del movimiento de rock colombiano. La historia de Kronos inició en 1986, por iniciativa de David Corkidi (guitarra), Isi Toledo (batería), Felipe Suárez (bajo) y Peter Shroeder (vocalista). Por la calidad de su propuesta musical (la cual presentaba influencias de grupos como Kiss, Van Halen o Deep Purple) fueron ampliamente reconocidos por los medios, permitiendo disfrutar del boom del rock en español de los años 80, grabando un larga duración con el sello CBS y alternando en las presentaciones que hicieron en Colombia los grupos Barón Rojo (1987) y Quiet Riot (1989). Para 1989 ingresaron el bajista Andrés Mora y el vocalista Jorge Fresquet, miembro del Coro Polifónico de Cali y quien venía de estudiar en el conservatorio Héctor Berlioz de París, quien le imprimió un estilo más comercial pero también más profesional al grupo.
