'. ¿Quién es Eric Clapton? Eric Clapton, de nombre completo Eric Patrick Clapton, es un guitarrista, cantante y compositor británico. Nació en Ripley, Surrey, Inglaterra, el 30 de marzo de 1945. Ocupa la posición número dos de la lista de "Los 100 guitarristas más grandes de todos los tiempos" de la revista Rolling Stone. Ganó reconocimiento siendo integrante de distintos grupos musicales, como John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers y Cream, pero especialmente por sus trabajos discográficos como solista. Niñez, Juventud y Vida Familiar Eric Clapton nació y creció en Inglaterra, donde comenzó su carrera musical. Sus padres fueron Patricia Molly Clapton (1929 - 1999) y Edward Walter Fryer (1920-1985).
