'. ¿Quién es Gin Blossoms? Gin Blossoms es una banda originaria de Tempe, Arizona, Estados Unidos, que incursionó en 1987 en la industria musical con el género del rock alternativo. Esta agrupación estuvo conformada por Doug Hopkins como guitarrista y compositor, quien se quitó la vida en 1993, por lo que Jesse Valenzuela pasó a ser el vocalista principal junto con Robin Wilson, quien además estaba encargado de la guitarra; Scott Hessel como baterista y percusionista; Scott Johnson como guitarrista y corista; Bill Leen como bajista. Significado del nombre El origen del nombre que usa esta agrupación, viene dado debido a una fotografía de W.C. Fields que aparece dentro del libro “Hollywood babylon” de Kenneth Anger.
