'. ¿Quién es Oasis? Oasis, banda que tuvo su origen en Manchester, Inglaterra en 1991 es actualmente considerada una de las bandas de rock más importantes de los últimos tiempos y que con su estilo definieron a más de una generación desde principios de los noventa. Los integrantes originales de la banda fueron: Liam Gallagher (vocalista), Paul Arthurs en la primera guitarra, en el bajo estuvo Paul McGuigan y en la batería Tony McCarrol y tuvieron como nombre en un inicio : The Rain, posteriormente se une a la banda el hermano de Liam, Noel Gallagher quien pensó que The Rain era un nombre espantoso para una banda de rock ya había tenido oportunidad de conocer a la banda Inspiral Carpets en un concierto en Manchester.
