'. ¿Quién es The Cranberries? The Cranberries fue una banda irlandesa de música rock. Se creó en 1989 en la ciudad de Limerick, al sur de Irlanda. La muerte accidental de la vocalista Dolores O’Riordan, el 15 de enero de 2018, marcó un final. Así fue declarado por el guitarrista Noel Hogan en 2019, cuando se editó el disco póstumo. Ese álbum, en el que habían estado trabajando por varios años, salió como homenaje la malograda vocalista. La cantante murió ahogada en la bañera de una habitación del hotel donde se hospedaba. Había ingerido una gran cantidad de alcohol. Tenía cuarenta y seis años de edad. Fue coautora de muchos temas del grupo, además de imagen y líder vocal desde 1990. The Cranberries fue uno de los grupos de rock más exitosos de los noventa. Vendió más de catorce millones de copias de sus álbumes, solo en Estados Unidos.
