Above & Beyond: Una Trayectoria Musical Extraordinaria

Primeros Años y Formación del Grupo

Above & Beyond es un grupo de música electrónica británico formado en el año 2000. El trío está compuesto por Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness y Paavo Siljamäki. La unión de estos talentosos músicos se debe a una serie de circunstancias fortuitas que convergieron en el estudio de grabación de Jono y Paavo, quienes ya eran socios en la exitosa disquera Anjunabeats.

Todo comenzó cuando Tony McGuinness, empleado de Warner Music Group, pidió a Jono y Paavo remezclar la famosa canción "Home" de Chakra. La química musical y la visión compartida entre ellos fueron tan evidentes que decidieron unir sus destinos artísticos bajo el nombre de Above & Beyond, inspirado por una frase que encontraron en la postal del dentista de Jono.

Primeros Éxitos y Ascenso a la Fama

En sus inicios, el trío rápidamente captó la atención del mundo de la música trance con remezclas notables, como la de "Silence" de Delerium y Sarah McLachlan. Estas primeras producciones les permitieron ganarse un lugar destacado en la escena de la música electrónica.
