'. ¿Quién es Yes? YES es una banda de rock formada en julio de 1968 por el vocalista Jon Anderson (nacido el 25 de octubre de 1944, en Accrington, Lancashire, Inglaterra) y el bajista Chris Squire (nacido el 4 de marzo de 1948, en Kingsbury, Wembley, Londres, Inglaterra). Ambos estuvieron tocando en diversos grupos en los años 60's como Los Warriors y los Syn, respectivamente. Luego añadieron como integrantes a Bill Bruford (nacido el 17 de mayo de 1949, en Sevenoaks, Kent, Inglaterra) como baterista, Peter Banks (nacido el 15 de julio de 1947, en Barnet, Hertfordshire, Inglaterra) guitarra y Tony Kaye (nacido el 11 de enero de 1946, en Leicester, Inglaterra) tecladista. El primer gran momento de su carrera artística fue cuando aparecieron como grupo alterno en el concierto de despedida de Cream en el Royal Albert Hall de Londres.
