Our Last Night is an illustrious American post-hardcore band that came to life in 2004. Though the group hails from the small town of Hollis, New Hampshire, their impact on the music scene has been anything but small. Conceived by the brothers Trevor and Matthew Wentworth, along with friends Alex "Woody" Woodrow and Tim Molloy, the band quickly made waves with their unique blend of aggressive instrumentals and melodic harmonies.
Initially, the road was a challenging one. Starting off with local gigs and self-released EPs, the band worked tirelessly to carve out a niche for themselves. Their early work—marked by raw emotion and unpolished talent—eventually caught the attention of Epitaph Records, a label known for its roster of edgy, genre-defining bands. Signing with Epitaph in 2007 was a pivotal moment for the group.
Their first major release, "The Ghosts Among Us" in 2008, showcased their ability to combine hardcore aggression with intricate melodies. Songs like "Escape" and "Recovery" resonated deeply with fans and critics alike, solidifying their place in the competitive post-hardcore genre. This album laid the foundation for the band's evolving sound.
As with any artist, evolution is inevitable. The band’s subsequent albums, "We Will All Evolve" (2010) and "Age of Ignorance" (2012), marked a shift towards more melodic elements while staying true to their hardcore roots. The aggressive riffs were still there, but now

Psycho
The paranoia sets in under my skin
Got me so low
Tryna drink me to death 'cause you're lyin' again
All of my friends think I'm sick in the head
No, I can't let you go 'cause I know we should end it
Psycho
But that's what you like though
Sometimes I feel like you like bein' alone
And sometimes I feel like you won't let me go
Sometimes I feel like it's killin' me slowly
You love all the drama, now karma's comin' back for you
(Now karma's comin' back for you)
No strings attached, they already snapped
Girl I ain't frontin', I don't need you back
Had me on my kneecaps
Prayin' to God, nah, I don't even need that
Cruisin', goin' sixty, glad that you ain't with me
Houston had a problem, now I'm leavin' it to whitney
Closin' up the bottle, free the liver and the kidney
Hopin' that tomorrow that the pain don't hit me, I
Sometimes I feel like you like bein' alone
And sometimes I feel like you won't let me go
Sometimes I feel like it's killin' me slowly
You love all the drama, now karma's comin' back for you
Now karma's comin' back for you
Now karma's comin' back for you
My backbone was broken, bullets in, reloadin'
Karma had you chosen, I'm still lost in the moment
Distilled days when I'm [?] and I'm really not copin'
Limp bizkit with it 'cause this man keeps on rollin'
Now I see the numbers, I been playin' with the code
She was blowin' me for another, I was blowin' [?] nose
Used to the dark, now I'm adjustin' to the cold
Real estate in your heart 'cause you keep selling your soul
Man, this shit don't never change
How this go to red weddin' from a weddin' ring?
How this go from love to now? All I feel is pain
Now you know I've had enough, come and do your thing
Sittin' on the sidelines, I don't wish you well
You turned me to a psycho, you made me go to hell
I still hear the whispers, I know you'd never tell
And life is never fair, but this my farewell, like
You made me psycho
You made me, you made me
You made me psycho
Psycho, psycho, psycho
You made me, you made me
You made me psycho
You made me psycho
(You made me, you made me)
You made me psycho
