En 1993, Tupac lanzó su segundo álbum, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., que incluía éxitos como I Get Around y Keep Ya Head Up.

2 Prodigy’s Pac’d With Knowledge. Lyrics[Verse One: Poetic Mind]
Dunn, lyrics like a gun cocked
2p's with knowledge got flopped
But this P got the game on lock
I got that mindset an truth unlocks
Illuminati may have took there body
They forgot their mind and soul
They only feared one being and that’s god as a whole
Because the higher power try to take control
They put, all eyez on me
Makin' em a molly poppin zombie, see
So I say 2pac and prodigy is living within us
There presence was enuf to give us smoke
I'd rather be broke and woke
Than rich and selling myself to be devils bitch
Spittin truth while these cats want fakes
This that real rap my life is at stake
They said he choked up on an egg?
Na they tried to make him beg
For his life before they made his legacy a truth
With each visit in his booth
They wanted him more
A powerful mind, not seeing blind
Truth to his words they wanted war
Well the shot you took it ricocheted
An now PM is here to put the light up in the shade
I got Prodigy’s Mind, intertwined with a hand grenade
An now i'm ready to explode, on there code
To decode what they hide, in plain sight
So
He started planting seeds to expose them
But then they decomposed em'
But i'ma branch up off that of that tree
I plant my own seeds
Rooting myself within foundations
Fuck this Illuminati nation
I educated myself to stay awake up in this world
It's unfurled, because everyone is sleeping
I try to wake em up, they don't believe it
They shot 2pac, he took it and smiled
They want the case to disappear
But then i appear as makaveli's reborn child
They wild, so we gotta put em' in there place
They got it laced, singing
Who shot ya? But he didn’t even need a vest
He had the power from his cross around his chest
Mrs. jackson why’d you work with the police for a get-up
Let up, You took a rape kit? more like an escape get
Nine months of his sentence
All you did was build a wraith of a menace
As far as car shooting goes that was a set-up
They where fed up
He was put to death row, ever since killuminati
They wanted to disembody his dome with a 12 gauge shotty
Too much power he was a prophet for the people
They had him in there sights, aimed, shot and it was lethal
No arrest you got something to hide? I can't say
But there legacy’s live on until this day
There ghost and minds survive, sum Illuminati can't take away
