En 1993, Tupac lanzó su segundo álbum, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., que incluía éxitos como I Get Around y Keep Ya Head Up.

Welcome 2 Death Row LyricsThis is dedicated to the niggas that was down from day one
Welcome to Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
Now my people in the ghetto
I think it's about time a new breed has arrived
So please get your groove on
And to all that's against us, we really not offensive
You ought to bе sanctified
And if you know what I know about the peoplе stranded on Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
Brothers and sisters
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
People on Death Row
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
Uh-oh
[Verse 2: 2Pac]
Don't ever underestimate the power of brothers
Convicted felons and gangbangers from out of the gutter
You show a chance, so we crept slow
Me and Danny Boy stranded on Death Row
For real though, money making, allergic to playerhaters and cowards faking
Chicks come to get their pictures taken
And ain't nothing left to say but, "Brother prey"
Try to keep your head up and look for better days on Death Row
[Chorus]
(People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row)
That's right, y'all know what time it is
(People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row)
This one for all the hood Gs, all the hard heads, knuckleheads. the squares
People in the ghetto, don't you know it's Death Row
The ones that go to church and the ones that go to jail
'all know what time it is. Your hands up and feel good. With this 1 right here. This is your boy Pac, spitting it out for my homeboy. Let y'all know what time it is. We stranded
This ain't nothing wrong. Can you see your baby? Can you Picture Me Rollin on this Old Death Row track
Can you see it?
Danny Boy, you know, you going to go
You better with this old smoking heat. I see. You know what, man, I'm out. That's really is in the head
My homie Troy, you know what I'm saying?
We just want to know. Let me know about your job. Good looking out
Straight My Boy Pot. Good looking baby on the track. You know what I'm saying? We going to do this man. To the Dogg Pound Snoop miss your, a Sam sneak
And to my father up above got, I'm thinking for everything
Anything that you giving me, it's all of my inmates. We locked down right here, right here on Death Row. This is where we at. And like Dre said, I know you're bobbing your head. Come on now
