En 1993, Tupac lanzó su segundo álbum, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., que incluía éxitos como I Get Around y Keep Ya Head Up.

P.Y.T. (Playa Young Thugs) Lyrics[Intro: Smooth]
A black man, that not too many understand
Hey, baby!
How you doin', homie?
What's happening, baby? I wanna get with you
A black man, that not too many understand
Hey, gangstas!
How yo doin', playas?
What's happening, thugs? I wanna get with you
[Chorus: Smooth]
P.Y.T
Playa Young Thugs
You need some loving
TLC
(Just a little lovin', livin' nothing down south)
(A black man, that not too many understand)
[Verse 1: Smooth]
It's Saturday, time to play
I gotta hit the street, I'm chilling not okay
I gotta hit the spot looking fly
I wanna watch the O.G. thugs roll by
Find a little venom and gettin' 'em low cut
Not too much, just enough to wake 'em up
Who do I see? Some fool that wanna get with me
Not in the mood, so I really don't wanna speak
A black man, that not too many understand
He has a plan, not to work for uncle sam
A hood [?], a hoodlum mack
In fact, a male version of a female mack
He has money and everything that comes with it
A P.Y.T playa young thug
Just a tiny bit of what the ghettos made of
Gotta give love to the young thugs
[Chorus: Smooth]
P.Y.T
Playa Young Thugs
You need some loving
TLC
(Just a little lovin', livin' nothing down south)
(A black man, that not too many understand)
P.Y.T
Playa Young Thugs
You need some loving
TLC
(Just a little lovin', livin' nothing down south)
(A black man, that not too many understand)
[Verse 2: 2Pac]
Look here
Now tell me who's afraid of this young thug
Look how we came up from the ghetto were we slung drugs
America eats its babies, it's crazy
Will somebody saves me from this systematic slavery
Got me in cuffs, I'm getting ruffed up daily
Send me to jail 'cause I rebel on what they tell me
My life's hell, got the law trying to capture me
And then the courts and the whole force after me
I'm hitting fences, my defenses, it was senseless
It's like the whole was against us
Then they wonder why I'm cussin', bustin' at the world
Don't trust 'em, me and my homies sayin' fuck 'em
Rollin in my 6-0 Impala, all about makin' dollars
Sometimes it makes me wanna holla
But now it's cool, and if I'm motivatin', baby make a move
'Cause uh, thugs get lonely too, and all I heard 'em say was—
[Chorus: Smooth]
P.Y.T
Playa Young Thugs
You need some loving
TLC
(Just a little lovin', livin' nothing down south)

[Verse 3: Smooth]
A straight up menace who gets his triples, puff his spinach
And if he starts, he will finish to keep his image
And I can tell, out the way, she bail, he was paid well
Talking dinner, movies in the motel
He sexable, flexible
He gets freaky undercovers, so he's good to go
I only know what I see in the hood is thugs
So you know I gotta give 'em love
[Chorus: Smooth]
P.Y.T
Playa Young Thugs
You need some loving

(Just a little lovin', livin' nothing down south)
(A black man, that not too many understand)
[Bridge: Smooth]
